| They have a limit that they dont tell you about. if they have a problem, they wont refund you your money. they are cheap, but you learn why quickly. they are shady and have no problems just taking all your money |

| I really, really liked MP3Panda.
They didn't seem to have the very latest releases, but instead, I could find some AWESOME different versions and EPs for my favorite bands that were not released in my country.
They are very inexpensive (.05) per track! Plus they gave bonuses if you were willing to put a higher amount in your account. One GOTCHA! that got me more than once is you have to download your songs within 48 hours or you were out of luck.
I never had problems with the customer service until two weeks ago. They p***ed me off so bad that now I am shopping around. Before this incident, I was a happy customer.
Two albums did not download, and I was using their downloader. I wrote to them explaining, and I said you can see they didn't download if you look in my downloads box. I don't want to have to buy them again. I usually heard from them within 24 hours and they were more than happy to help. I waited 3 days and wrote again, added this was my second request. Complete silence. I was getting really angry. At the one week period I wrote them again, no word from them. Nothing. Fourth request and asking them wtf, they were ready to lose a good customer. Nothing after the second week. I told them goodbye, and I wouldn't be back. Obviously no one cared.
If it was just one email, I could say maybe they didn't get it.....but five?? So that's how a site/store goes from being loved to being hared. No customer appreciates being ignored. I didn't quit them because I was out the money for the two albums that didn't download, it was the principal. Ignore customers and they WILL go away. |
