Review: I paid $34.95, they never credited. emails to billing@mp3sugar.com bounce, emails to support@mp3sugar.com are ignored. try LegalSounds or MP3Ninja instead.

Review: Very complete in older albums (metal) even demo's and bootlegs. But lack of updates since last months, nothing recent for me any more. They had visa before until 12/2007 (my last payment) Once i had a problem when the site was down,a few days after a payment. No reply on my mails. But after a couple of days MP3Sugar was back alive. Never had credit or payment problems, i was using it for months. Works only smoothly in the early morning EU time.

Review: Wish I had read your review before joining them. I paid the $34.95 USD on Mar 13. I initially downloaded Painface . I decided to return recently to download more. I can't sign in. After several emails, still no response other than the initial one telling me that, "Your ticket has been assigned an ID of [MP3Sugar #207]." So, I guess I'm pretty much F'd out of the other $34 (not including the so called bonus for going so high).
